GSA One Acquisition Solution For Integrated Service Plus (OASIS+)
OASIS+ is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designed
to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based
solutions. OASIS+ is a collection of indefinite delivery, indefinite
quantity (IDIQ) contracts, of which the contract base period is five years
with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative
contract ordering period to 10 years, available for use by agencies
throughout the Federal Government. Task orders can be awarded under
OASIS+ any time prior to the expiration of the ordering period of the
master contracts.
OASIS+:
- Fulfills federal agencies’ non-IT services requirements through highly qualified contractors and a simpler buying experience.
- Expands access to Best-in-Class non-IT service contracts for
highly qualified contractors by providing increased small
business opportunities and an improved selling experience. - Encourages competition among services contractors to provide best value mission outcomes.

As managing partner of Riverside Engineering LLC, Soliel’s SETI contract vehicle has a focused scope to provide new, non-commodity and innovative information technology engineering solutions, embracing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for mission partners across the Department of Defense. NASA SEWP VI – Category B, Small Business
Soliel is a prime contractor on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) under Category B. Category B is focused on Enterprise-wide Strategic Solutions that improve and enhance the Agency’s Information Technology, Communication and Audio Visual (ITC/AV) infrastructure through methodologies such as cloud services; managed services such as computer or printer services; and shared services such as Agency-wide help desk ticketing systems. Services which adhere to the definition of ITC/AV services and encapsulate an enterprise-wide solution, are within scope and may be provided to meet an agency’s particular mission needs.

Air Force Small Business Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS)
As managing partner of Riverside Engineering LLC, Soliel delivers under this IDIQ a comprehensive suite of IT services and IT solutions to support IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures. Additional IT services include, but are not limited to documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs. The SBEAS IDIQ contracts are the mandated source of obtaining IT application services and solutions that are within its scope for the Business and Enterprise Systems (BES). This contract vehicle is also available for use by all other Air Force MAJCOMs and other agencies that support an Air Force requirement.
