Soliel provides all full-time employees with a comprehensive group insurance coverage that includes medical, vision and dental protection. In addition, eligible employees may elect to cover their legal dependents under the plan. Employees may sign up for additional insurance coverage (SD and LD) through selected providers at a discounted premium.
Soliel provides a comprehensive 401k retirement plan with company matching to all full-time employees.
Full-time employees accrue 10 PTOs each year. The number of PTOs is prorated according to start date. For every four years of full time service, employees get an additional 5 days of PTO, PTO maxes out at 20 days per year.
Soliel follows Federal holiday schedule and has 10 paid company holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
